June 28th, 2010The Nike Auto program is back at it. Having partnered numerous classic silhouettes, including the Air Force 180 (to create the Auto Force 180), with vulcanized soles, the Nike Air Trainer SC II has now been given the AC treatment and is available now.
New Green suede and leather combine on the upper, with the former appearing on the forefoot, midfoot and heel tab. The quarter panel and toe box are both perforated leather. Purple Punch is used at various points, including on the toe tip, eyelets and tongue label. Where does this rank among other Auto designs?

Simply put, this model is for the denim connoisseurs; the ones who size down, soak and wear their “second skin” religiously. Those with just a few favorite pairs on rotation, the individuals who have reached and often surpass the ever more used ” 6 months no wash ” phrase. Denim is one of, if not the most common and versatile fundamentally basic materials in the world; this marriage of denim and sneaker was inevitable. A collaborative effort, this is Series 1 featuring a classic indigo fully stitched 13.25oz raw denim upper. With light aesthetically hand frayed edges, in theory with the natural bending of the foot as with selvage denim jeans these should fade, honeycomb and whisker as they are worn and aged by the owner. Be sure to take photos after 3 months, 6 months and 1 year worth of wears for your WDYWT post!

So we made some affordable black PVD bracelets with black diamonds set in sterling silver because of so many inquiries for those beaded bracelets we made in black gold for a previous client, but with gold skyrocketing over $1,200 an oz. already, this is our other option…. obviously with a much less price tag than the black gold option, but still with genuine black diamonds.
24 carats of black diamonds all pave tight set into these beads…
